UAI & ALS Omega Well Monitoring Strategic Alliance

SPRING, TEXAS – Unmanned Ad-Hoc Industries, Inc. (UAI) and Omega Well Monitoring, LLC, an affiliate of ALS Oil and Gas recently formed a strategic alliance by signing a Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU).
ALS Oil & Gas is the new international leader in the niche oilfield activities of Reservoir Sampling, analysis and evaluation, Well Monitoring, Specialist Well Services and premium drilling services. Formed from the acquisition of Reservoir Group in 2013, ALS Oil & Gas combines Reservoir Group’s specialist services with ALS’ analytical expertise and global reach, delivering opportunities for sustained development and expanding customer solutions.
The alliance outlined the understanding that each parties shall market, advertise and promote the services of the other Party to Customers located in the Territories consistent with good business practice and using the promotional materials approved by the other Party, in each case using its commercially reasonable efforts to maximize Business Opportunities for both Parties.
